甲状腺瘤切除患者护理中健康教育的应用意义分析

Analysis of the Application Significance of Health Education in Nursing Patients with Thyroid Tumor Resection

目的探讨在甲状腺瘤切除患者护理中应用健康教育的意义。方法研究对象为在我院2017年8月至2018年8月选取的86例甲状腺瘤切除患者,按照盲抽法将其分为相同的两组,即对照组和研究组各43例。对照组采取常规护理方式,研究组在常规护理中应用健康教育。结果对照组患者对护理过程的总满意率为81.40%,明显低于研究组患者对护理过程的总满意率(97.67%),P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;对照组患者对疾病知识的总掌握率为76.74%,明显低于研究组患者对疾病知识的总掌握率(95.35%),P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论在甲状腺瘤切除患者护理中应用健康教育可以帮助患者掌握疾病知识,对其疾病的发生也有一定的预防作用,并且提高了患者对护理过程的满意度,促进了医患关系的和谐发展。

Objective To explore the significance of applying health education in the nursing of patients with thyroid tumor resection.Methods Eighty-six patients with thyroid tumor resection selected from August 2017 to August 2018 in our hospital were divided into the same two groups according to blind sampling,namely 43 cases in the control group and 43 cases in the study group.The control group took the routine nursing method,and the research group applied health education in routine nursing.Results The total satisfaction rate of the patients in the control group was 81.40%,which was significantly lower than that of the patients in the study group(97.67%),P<0.05.The difference was statistically significant.The total mastery rate of disease knowledge in the control group was 76.74%,which was significantly lower than the total mastery rate of disease knowledge in the study group(95.35%),P<0.05.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The application of health education in the nursing care of patients with thyroid tumor resection can help patients master disease knowledge and prevent the occurrence of their diseases.It also improves the patient’s satisfaction with the nursing process and promotes the harmonious development of the doctor-patient relationship.
