肠癌造口患者病耻感现状及影响因素分析

Status and Influencing Factors of Stigma in Patients with Colostomy

目的了解肠癌造口患者病耻感现状,并对其进行影响因素分析。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月74例肠癌造口患者,本研究采用横断面调查方法运用社会影响量表和一般资料调查表对肠癌造口患者进行病耻感现状调查并对结果进行影响因素分析。结果肠造口患者病耻感得分为84.67±13.83,病耻感易受性别、学历和经济影响(P<0.05)。结论肠癌造口患者病耻感得分较高,性别、学历和经济收入是病耻感的影响因素。

Objective To understand the present situation of stigma in patients with colorectal cancer ostomy and analyze the influencing factors.Methods A total of 74 patients with colorectal cancer colostomy from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected.In this study,a cross-sectional survey was conducted to investigate the current situation of stigma among patients with colorectal cancer colostomy by using the social impact scale and general data questionnaire,and the influencing factors of the results were analyzed.Results The stigma score of patients with enterostomy was 84.67±13.83,and the stigma was easily affected by gender,education background and economy(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with colorectal cancer ostomy had higher scores of stigma,and gender,educational background and economic income were the influencing factors of stigma.
