晚期消化道肿瘤伴不完全性肠梗阻患者的护理对策

Nursing Strategies for Patients with Advanced Digestive Tract Tumors with Incomplete Intestinal Obstruction

目的探讨晚期消化道肿瘤伴不完全性肠梗阻患者的护理对策。方法将62例晚期消化道肿瘤伴不全性肠梗阻患者按照入院时间分为实验组和对照组,各31人,对实验组患者进行精细化护理,对照组实施常规护理,观察两组患者满意度的差别。结果干预前,二组基本资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,实验组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理措施能提高晚期消化道肿瘤伴不完全性肠梗阻患者满意度。

Objective To explore the nursing countermeasures for patients with advanced gastrointestinal tumors with incomplete intestinal obstruction.Methods 62 cases of patients with advanced digestive tract tumors with incomplete intestinal obstruction were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the time of admission,31 patients in each group,the experimental group of patients with fine nursing,the control group to implement conventional nursing,observation of the two groups of patients satisfaction.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in baseline between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Refined nursing measures can improve the satisfaction of patients with advanced digestive tract tumors with incomplete intestinal obstruction.
