社区护理干预措施在高血压预防中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Community Nursing Intervention in Hypertension Prevention

目的高血压是目前临床中非常常见的一种疾病,防患于未然是预防疾病的主要方法,要比患病后再治疗意义深远。本研究通过社区护理干预措施来预防高血压的发生,并探究由此而取得的效果。方法研究资料是本服务中心在2018年2月至2019年5月收治的接受研究的人员(具有高血压高危患病因素的人)共计120例。按照预防措施不同将研究资料分为两组:一组为接受普通预防措施的对照组,一组为接受社区预防措施的观察组,每组60人。结果在干预后,比较两组人员的高血压患病率,观察组显著低于对照组,经比较有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。并比较两组对护理的满意度情况,观察组显著高于对照组,经比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取社区护理干预措施对于预防高血压疾病的发生有重要意义。

Objective Hypertension is a common disease in clinic at present,preventing disease before it happens is the main method to prevent disease,which has far-reaching significance than retreatment after illness.This study through community nursing intervention measures to prevent the occurrence of hypertension,and explore the results achieved.Methods The data of the study were 120 persons(persons with high risk factors of hypertension)admitted to our service center from February 2018 to May 2019.According to the different preventive measures,the research data were divided into two groups:one group was the control group receiving general preventive measures,the other group was the observation group receiving community preventive measures,60 people in each group.Results After intervention,the prevalence of hypertension in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Comparing the two groups’satisfaction with nursing,the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is important to take community nursing intervention measures to prevent the occurrence of hypertension.
