应用护理程序在急性白血病患者护理中的疗效分析

Effectiveness Analysis of Application-oriented Nursing Processin Nursing of Patients with Acute Leukemia

目的探究应用护理程序在急性白血病患者护理中的疗效。方法将本院2018年1月至2019年2月之间收治的96例急性白血病患者纳入研究。将其随机分成观察组和对照组两组,每组48人,观察组应用护理程序对患者进行护理,对照组的患者则采用常规护理。护理完成后通过对比两组患者的护理有效率和患者的护理满意度,对两种护理措施的效果进行对比。结果应用护理程序的患者相较于常规护理组具有更好的疗效,体现在护理有效率和护理满意度方面,相较于对照组,观察组的以上两个指标均体现出明显优势,且差异显著。结论应用护理程序在急性白血病患者护理中疗效显著,值得进行临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the effectivenessof application-oriented nursing processin nursing of patients with acute leukemia.Methods 96 patients with acute leukemia who were treatedin DazhouCentral HospitalfromJanuary 2018 toFebruary 2019 were selected for study.They were divided into an observation group and a control grouprandomLy and evenlywith 48 patientsin each group.Application-oriented nursing processwas employed to the patients in the observation group while conventional nursing was adopted in the control group.The effects of two kinds of nursing modelsinclude effective rateand satisfaction rate of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Patientsreceivingapplicationoriented nursing processenjoyed better treatment effects than the patients receiving conventionalnursing,since both nursing effective rate and satisfaction rate of the patients with nursing in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.Conclusion Application-oriented nursing processhas significant effects on the nursing of patients with acute leukemia,and therefore deserves wide application in clinical practice.
