全程心理护理在介入手术病人中的应用分析

Analysis of the Application of Psychological Nursing in Patients Undergoing Interventional Surgery

目的分析探讨对介入手术患者实施全程心理护理的临床应用效果。方法选择本院2017年1月至2018年12月收治的实施介入手术治疗的肝癌患者86例作为观察对象,采用随机的方式将其分为观察组和对照组各43例。对照组患者采取常规的护理干预,观察组患者实施全程心理护理干预。分析对比两组患者的手术顺利程度。结果观察组患者的手术顺利度为97.67%(42/43),对照组手术顺利度为76.74%(33/43),两组结果的差异具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对实施介入手术治疗的病人给予全程心理护理能够显著改善患者的不良情绪,减少不良反应的发生,获得更加满意的治疗成效,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To analyze and explore the clinical effect of whole course psychological nursing for patients undergoing interventional surgery.Methods From January 2017 to December 2018,86 patients with liver cancer treated by interventional surgery were randomly divided into observation group(n=43)and control group(n=43).The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention,while the patients in the observation group were treated with psychological nursing intervention.The smooth degree of operation between the two groups was analyzed and compared.Results The operative smoothness of the patients in the observation group was 97.67%(42/43),and that in the control group was 76.74%(33/43).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole course of psychological nursing for patients undergoing interventional surgery can significantly improve the adverse emotion of patients,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and get more satisfactory treatment results,and it is worth popularized in clinical practice.
