探讨阿维A联合消银片治疗头部银屑病临床观察

To Explore the Clinical Observation of Avermectin A Combined with Xiaoyin Tablet in the Treatment of Head Psoriasis

目的分析将阿维A联合消银片用于治疗头部银屑病的方法与效果。方法研究对象为本院在2018年4月至2019年4月收治的头部银屑病患者共计120例。按照平均分的原则将全部患者分组:观察组与对照组,每组患者有60例。对观察组患者实施阿维A胶囊联合消银片治疗,给对照组患者应用迪银片治疗,治疗后对比疗效。结果比较两组患者的治疗总有效率情况,观察组显著高于对照组,经比较,有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将阿维A联合消银片这种治疗方法用于治疗头部银屑病患者,能够取得理想的治疗效果,由此这种治疗方法是值得在临床上推荐使用的。

Objective To analyze the method and effect of Avian A combined with Xiaoyin Tablets in the treatment of head psoriasis.Methods The subjects were 120 patients with head psoriasis were admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019.According to the principle of average score,all patients were divided into two groups:observation group and control group,each group had 60 cases.Patients in the observation group were treated with Avian A capsule combined with Xiaoyin Tablet,while patients in the control group were treated with Diyin Tablet,and the curative effect was compared after treatment.Results Comparing the total effective rate of two groups of patients,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,after comparison,there was significant statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Avian A and Xiaoyin Tablets can achieve ideal therapeutic effect in the treatment of patients with head psoriasis,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
