社区门诊输液中提供优质护理对患者满意度的影响

The Effect of Providing Quality Care on Patient Satisfaction in Community Outpatient Infusion

目的探讨社区门诊输液中提供优质护理对患者满意度的影响。方法在2018年1月到2018年12月选取我中心门诊接受输液治疗的患者100例作为案例进行研究分析。以随机数字法方式进行分组。对照组采用传统护理措施,干预组采取优质护理。对比两组患者对护理服务的满意度。结果干预组患者对于护理服务的满意度均显著高于对照组,组间对比结果显著,(P=0.021)统计学有差异,具有统计学意义。结论社区门诊输液中提供优质护理对患者满意度的影响显著,能够有效提高门诊输液治疗期间的服务水平,提高患者满意度,降低护患矛盾风险,值得在社区门诊中推广。

Objective To explore the effect of quality nursing in community outpatient transfusion on patients’satisfaction.Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,100 outpatients receiving transfusion treatment in our center were selected as cases for study and analysis.Grouping by random number method.The control group was given traditional nursing measures,while the intervention group was given high-quality nursing.Compare the satisfaction degree of two groups of patients to nursing service.Results The satisfaction of nursing service in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P=0.021).Conclusion High quality nursing in community outpatient transfusion has a significant impact on patient satisfaction.It can effectively improve the level of service during outpatient transfusion treatment,improve patient satisfaction and reduce the risk of nurse-patient contradiction.It is worth promoting in community outpatient.
