摘要
目的分析研讨血流量大小对带cuff中心静脉导管血液透析患者透析充分性的影响。方法选取42例带cuff中心静脉导管血液透析患者纳入到研讨中,设定其血流量为200 mL/min,持续透析12次,更改血流量为250 mL/min,持续透析12次,调整血流量为200 mL/min,持续透析24次,再设为260 mL/min,持续透析12次。4 h/次,患者均持续透析3周。观察患者心功能、红细胞压积、血红蛋白等变化。结果血流量为260 mL/min时,其spKt/V值、URR值均高于血流量为250 mL/min、200 mL/min时,血流量250 mL/min时,其spKt/V值、URR值高于200 mL/min时,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血流量增加会提升带cuff中心静脉导管透析的充分性,改善贫血,心功能不受影响。
Objective To analyze the effect of blood flow on the dialysis adequacy of hemodialysis patients with cuff central venous catheter.Methods Forty-two patients with hemodialysis with cuff central venous catheter were enrolled in the study.The blood flow was set to 200 mL/min,and the dialysis was continued for 12 times.The blood flow was changed to 250 mL/min,and the dialysis was continued for 12 times.The flow rate was 200 mL/min,continuous dialysis was performed 24 times,then set to 260 mL/min,and continuous dialysis was performed 12 times.At 4 h/time,the patients were continuously dialysis for 3 weeks.Observe changes in heart function,hematocrit,hemoglobin,et al.Results When the blood flow rate was 260 mL/min,the spKt/V value and URR value were higher than the blood flow rate of 250 mL/min and 200 mL/min.When the blood flow was 250 mL/min,the spKt/V value,When the URR value was higher than 200 mL/min,the data between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Increased blood flow will improve the dialysis adequacy of cuff central venous catheter,improve anemia,and unaffected cardiac function.
