分析心理护理对ICU重症患者护理质量的影响

Analysis of the Effect Of Psychological Nursing on the Quality of Nursing in Critically Ill Patients with ICU

目的探讨分析心理护理对ICU重症患者护理质量的影响。方法选取我院ICU于2018年10月至2018年12月收治的60例重症患者作为本次研究对象,采用随机抽签的方式分为观察组与对照组,两组各30例。给予对照组患者实施ICU常规护理干预,观察组则在对照组的基础上实施心理护理干预,观察比较两组患者的护理情况以及护理满意度。结果观察组患者焦虑以及抑郁情况均显著优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度显著优于对照组患者护理满意度,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预应用于ICU重症患者的临床护理中,效果显著,改善患者心理状况,减少其负面心理的影响,提高患者护理满意度,具有临床应用推广价值。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on the quality of care in critically ill patients with ICU.Methods Sixty patients with severe disease admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given ICU routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing status and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The anxiety and depression of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention is applied to the clinical nursing of critically ill patients in ICU.The effect is significant,improve the psychological status of patients,reduce the negative impact of negative psychology,improve patient care satisfaction,and have clinical application and promotion value.
