清金化痰汤结合西药治疗多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter Baumannii with Qingjin Huatan Decoction and Western Medicine

目的观察清金化痰汤结合西药治疗鲍曼不动杆菌的疗效。方法将我院在2016年12月至2019年1月收治的鲍曼不动杆菌感染患者随机分为对照组和实验组,每组20例。对照组给予患者西药治疗;实验组在对照组治疗的基础上结合清金化痰汤治疗。3个疗程后,比较两组患者的总有效率、症状改善情况以及炎症因子水平指标。结果 3个疗程后,实验组患者的症状改善情况、炎症因子水平以及总有效率指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肺部感染鲍曼不动杆菌的患者采用清金化痰汤结合西药治疗,能够取得显著效果。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Qingjin Huatan Decoction combined with western medicine on Acinetobacter baumannii.Methods Patients with Acinetobacter baumannii infection who were admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group:the patients were treated with western medicine;the experimental group was treated with Qingjin Huatan Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.After 3 courses of treatment,the total effective rate,symptom improvement and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 courses of treatment,the symptoms improvement,inflammatory factor level and total effective rate of the experimental group were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with pulmonary infection with Acinetobacter baumannii can be treated with Qingjin Huatan Decoction combined with western medicine.
