心理护理对泌尿外科术前患者焦虑症状干预效果的研究

To Study the Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Anxiety Symptoms of Patients before Urology Surgery

目的探讨对泌尿外科患者术前实施心理护理干预对患者术前焦虑症状的影响效果。方法选择在本院接受泌尿外科手术的患者共计100例作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法将入选的患者分成两个组,其中一组作为对照组,共有患者50例,接受常规的术前准备措施以及相应的护理工作,一组作为研究组,共有50例患者,加强对该组患者的心理护理。比较两组患者术前焦虑情况。结果在两组患者入院时,焦虑症状的评分方面,组间无差异,而在手术前,研究组的评分水平显著比对照组更低,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时研究组患者术前的各项常规生命体征指标水平也更加平稳,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预措施可以有效缓解泌尿外科患者术前焦虑症状,保持患者处于更加平稳的身心状态,从而利于手术顺利开展。

Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing intervention on preoperative anxiety symptoms in patients with urological surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients who received urological surgery in our hospital were selected as the subject of the study,and the selected patients were divided into two groups according to the random drawing method.One group as the control group,a total of 50 patients,received routine preoperative preparation measures and corresponding nursing work,the other group as the study group,a total of 50 patients,to strengthen the psychological nursing of the patients in this group.The preoperative anxiety of the two groups was compared.Results There was no difference between groups in the scores of anxiety symptoms when the two groups were admitted to the hospital.Before operation,the score level of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).At the same time,the level of routine vital signs in the study group was more stable before operation,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological nursing intervention measures can effectively relieve the preoperative anxiety symptoms of urological patients and keep the patients in a more stable and stable state,thus facilitating the smooth operation of the operation.
