营养支持与心理护理对胃癌患者护理的影响

Effect of Nutritional Support and Psychological Nursing on the Nursing of Patients with Gastric Cancer

目的探究分析营养支持与心理护理对胃癌患者护理的影响。方法从2018年1月至2018年12月我院肿瘤内科和消化科收治的胃癌患者中抽选60例进行研究,分组方式选择数字随机分配法,对照组29例,接受常规护理,实验组31例,在此基础上加以实施营养支持与心理护理,对比两组护理效果。结果护理前,两组患者生活质量、焦虑、抑郁评分均无明显差异,P>0.05;护理后,实验组生活质量明显高于对照组,焦虑、抑郁评分均明显低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论在胃癌患者临床护理当中做好营养支持和心理护理能够有效保证患者生活质量,缓解患者不良情绪,促进治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the impact of nutritional support and psychological nursing on the care of patients with gastric cancer.Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,60 patients with gastric cancer admitted to the Department of oncology and digestion of our hospital were selected for the study.The method of random distribution of numbers was selected as the grouping method.The control group(29 cases)received routine nursing and the experimental group(31 cases)received nutritional support and psychological nursing on this basis,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in quality of life,anxiety and depression between the two groups,P>0.05.After nursing,the quality of life of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the anxiety and depression scores were significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Nutrition support and psychological nursing in the clinical nursing of patients with gastric cancer can effectively guarantee the quality of life of patients,alleviate the bad mood of patients and promote the therapeutic effect.It is worthy of clinical application.
