四肢骨折使用锁定接骨板进行微创治疗的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Minimally Invasive Bone Plate Technique in the Treatment of Patients with Limb Fractures

目的探究对四肢骨折患者采取微创接骨板技术锁定加压钢板进行治疗的临床效果。方法搜集2017年2月至2018年2月医院收治的150例四肢骨折患者,随机分成治疗组(75例)与对照组(75例),分别行传统内固定术、微创接骨板技术锁定加压钢板术,准确比较两组的手术效果。结果治疗组的治疗优良率(93.33%)显著高于对照组(74.67%),P<0.05;治疗组的手术时间、骨折愈合时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组,P<0.05。结论对四肢骨折患者采取微创接骨板技术锁定加压钢板术,有助于骨折快速愈合,减少并发症情况,值得大力推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive bone plate technique in the treatment of patients with limb fractures with locking compression plate.Methods One hundred and fifty patients with limb fractures admitted to hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into treatment group(75 cases)and control group(75 cases).They were treated with traditional internal fixation and locking compression plate with minimally invasive plate technique were performed respectively,and the surgical effects of the two groups were accurately compared.Results The treatment rate of the treatment group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.67%),P<0.05.The operation time,fracture healing time and hospitalization time of the treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The use of minimally invasive bone plate technique to lock the compression plate in patients with limb fractures can help the fracture to heal quickly and reduce the complications.It is worthy of promotion.
