腹泻患儿治疗期间采用针对性饮食护理的应用效果

Application Effect of Targeted Dietary Nursing During Treatment of Diarrhea Children

目的研究分析对腹泻患儿在治疗期间行针对性饮食护理干预的效果。方法选择于2017年12月至2018年12月到我院接受治疗的480例腹泻患儿,随机分为A组(240例)与B组(240例),A组接受常规护理干预,B组在其基础上行针对性饮食护理干预,观察统计干预效果以及多项症状缓解时间情况,并予以对比分析。结果 A组与B组干预总有效率分别为81.67%、95.00%,组间对比,B组更高(P<0.05);B组腹泻缓解时间、高烧缓解时间以及呕吐缓解时间情况均显著优于A组(P<0.05)。结论对于腹泻患儿,在治疗期间行针对性饮食护理干预,可有效缩短腹泻、呕吐等多项症状缓解时间,并从整体上促进康复,在临床中具有可观的应用价值。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of targeted dietary nursing intervention on children with diarrhea during treatment.Methods A total of 480 children with diarrhea who were treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into group A(240 patients)and group B(240 patients).Group A received routine nursing intervention,while group B received targeted dietary nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The effect of intervention and the time of remission of multiple symptoms were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of intervention in group A and group B was 81.67%and 95.00%,respectively.Compared with group B,the total effective rates of group A were higher(P<0.05).The diarrhea remission time,high fever relief time and vomiting time were significantly better in group B.Group A(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with diarrhea,targeted dietary nursing intervention during treatment can effectively reduce the relief time of many symptoms such as diarrhea and vomiting,and promote rehabilitation as a whole,which has considerable application value in clinical.
