膝关节镜下解剖中心点定位技术单束重建前交叉韧带的临床效果分析

Clinical Analysis of Single-bundle Reconstruction of Anterior Cruciate Ligament with Anatomical Center Point Positioning Technique under Knee Arthroscopy

目的研究分析膝关节镜下解剖中心点定位技术单束重建前交叉韧带的临床效果。方法选择前交叉韧带断裂患者30例,均接受膝关节镜下解剖中心点定位技术单束重建治疗,观察统计随访Lachman试验结果、轴移试验结果、膝关节屈曲活动度以及术前与最终随访时Lysholm评分和Tegner评分情况。结果经过1年随访,Lachman试验结果:25例阴性,5例Ⅰ度阳性;轴移试验结果:23例阴性,7例Ⅰ度阳性;手术后同对侧比较,膝关节屈曲活动度有所减少15例,减小范围低于10°,均不存在膝关节功能受限情况。术后最终随访患者Lysholm评分、Tegner评分情况明显优于术前(P<0.05)。结论对前交叉韧带断裂患者在临床中行膝关节镜下解剖中心点定位技术单束重建治疗是一种有效且具有安全性的治疗方式,能够理想地帮助膝关节功能恢复,具有可观的应用价值,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of single-bundle reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament with knee arthroscopic anatomical centering technique.Methods Sixty patients with anterior cruciate ligament rupture were enrolled.All patients underwent single-bundle reconstruction with knee arthroscopic anatomical centering technique.Observe and record the results of Lachman test,axial displacement test and knee flexion activity,Lysholm score and Tegner score before and during the final follow-up.Results After one-year follow-up,Lachman test results:25 cases were negative and 5 cases were grade positive;Axis shift test results:23 cases were negative and 7 cases were grade positive.Compared with the contralateral side after operation,the flexion range of knee joint was reduced in 15 cases,and the reduction range was less than 10 degrees.There was no limitation of knee joint function.The Lysholm score and Tegner score in the final follow-up after operation were significantly better than those before operation(P<0.05).Conclusion Single-bundle reconstruction with knee arthroscopic anatomical center positioning technique is an effective and safe treatment for patients with anterior cruciate ligament rupture.It can ideally help knee function recovery and has considerable application value.It is worth promoting.
