研究阿奇霉素联合糖皮质激素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效

Study the Clinical Efficacy of Azithromycin Combined with Glucocorticoid in the Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Children

目的对阿奇霉素联合糖皮质激素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效进行研究。方法选取我院于2013年3月至2019年3月收治的160例支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,将其按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组(80例,使用阿奇霉素进行治疗)和治疗组(80例,使用阿奇霉素联合糖皮质激素进行治疗),对两组患儿的治疗效果进行数据的对比,并加以分析。结果对两组患儿的治疗效果进行对比可以看到,治疗组患儿的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组患儿,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对支原体肺炎患儿的治疗中,使用阿奇霉素联合糖皮质激素进行治疗更好,能够显著提高治疗效果,具有较高的使用价值。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Azithromycin combined with Glucocorticoid in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods One hundred and sixty children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital from March 2013 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(80 cases treated with Azithromycin)and treatment group(80 cases treated with Azithromycin combined with Glucocorticoid)according to the different treatment methods.The treatment effect of two groups of children was compared and analyzed.Results Comparing the therapeutic effect of the two groups,we can see that the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin combined with Glucocorticoid is better in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia,which can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and has a high use value.
