标准化管理对纤维鼻咽喉镜清洗、消毒效果的影响

The Effect of Standardized Management on Cleaning and Disinfection of Fiberoptic Nasopharyngeal Laryngoscope

目的通过对比分析手工清洗与全自动清洗消毒机清洗纤维鼻咽喉镜的效果,探讨标准化的消毒方式对消毒质量的影响,以提高纤维鼻咽喉镜的消毒质量。方法选取本院2018年12月至2019年5月使用后的纤维鼻咽喉镜1200例,按照随机抽选的方式分为实验组和对照组,各600例。实验组采取全自动清洗消毒机,对照组给予手工清洗消毒。结果实验组和对照组总合格率均为100%。结论两种清洗方式的总有效率无差异,但全自动清洗消毒机能够有效节约人力、时间,减少消毒剂暴露时间,使清洗消毒过程标准化,无人为干扰因素。

Objective To compare and analyze the effect of manual cleaning and automatic cleaning and disinfection machine in cleaning fibre nasopharyngeal laryngoscope,and to explore the influence of standardized disinfection methods on disinfection quality,so as to improve the disinfection quality of fibre nasopharyngeal laryngoscope.Methods 1200 cases of nasopharyngeal laryngoscope used in our hospital from December 2018 to May 2019 were selected.According to the method of random selection,they were divided into experimental group and control group,600 cases each group.The experimental group was given automatic cleaning and disinfection machine,while the control group was given manual cleaning and disinfection.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group and the control group was 100%.Conclusion There is no difference in the total effective rate between the two cleaning methods,but the automatic cleaning and disinfection machine can effectively save manpower and time,reduce the exposure time of disinfectants,standardize the cleaning and disinfection process,and have no human interference factors.
