个性化护理在腰椎间盘突出症患者围手术期护理中的应用价值

Application Value of Individualized Nursing in Perioperative Nursing of Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的对个性化护理在腰椎间盘突出症围手术期中的应用效果进行探讨。方法选取我院45例予以手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者,予以个性化护理,设为观察组。在相同的时间段抽取另外45例予以手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者,予以常规护理,设为对照组。就两组患者的临床干预情况以及预后情况展开分析和数据对比。结果观察组在治疗效果、护理依从性、术后情况方面,与对照组差异较大,P<0.05,存在统计学意义。结论应用个性化护理对腰椎间盘突出症患者围手术期实施干预,可提高治疗效果以及护理依从性,改善患者预后。

Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing in the perioperative period of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods Forty-five patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation treated by surgery in our hospital were selected and given individualized nursing as observation group.Another 45 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation who were treated surgically at the same time were selected and given routine nursing as control group.The clinical intervention and prognosis of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results There were significant differences between the observation group and the control group in the treatment effect,nursing compliance and postoperative situation,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion The application of individualized nursing intervention in perioperative period of patients with lumbar disc herniation can improve the therapeutic effect,nursing compliance and prognosis of patients.
