老龄患者实施行下肢手术中罗哌卡因腰硬联合麻醉临床探讨

Clinical Study of Ropivacaine combined with Lumbar Epidural Anesthesia in Lower Limb Surgery in Elderly Patients

目的研究在需要实施下肢手术的老龄患者中应用罗哌卡因腰硬联合麻醉方式进行麻醉的临床效果。方法选择2018年1月至2019年1月在我院需要进行下肢手术的76名老龄患者,通过随机抽签的方式选出38名患者作为一号组,剩下的38名患者作为二号组。一号组患者实施布比卡因麻醉,二号组患者实施罗哌卡因麻醉,对比两组患者不良反应发生率以及感觉阻滞起效时间和运动恢复时间差异。结果一号组不良反应发生率为45%,二号组不良反应发生率为21%(P<0.05);一号组的感觉阻滞起效时间和运动恢复时间均要长于二号组患者(P<0.05)。结论对于需要实施下肢手术的老龄患者应用罗哌卡因腰硬联合麻醉方式进行麻醉能够有效改善患者的各种不良反应发生情况,可有效降低患者的感觉阻滞起效时间以及运动恢复时间,具有良好的麻醉效果。

Objective To study the clinical effect of ropivacaine combined with lumbar epidural anesthesia in aged patients requiring lower limb surgery.Methods 76 elderly patients who needed lower limb surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected.38 patients were selected as group 1 by random lottery,and the remaining 38 patients were selected as group 2.Patients in group 1 were given bupivacaine anesthesia,and patients in group 2 were given ropivacaine anesthesia.Results The incidence of adverse reactions was 45%in group 1 and 21%in group 2(P<0.05).The onset time and movement recovery time of sensory block in group 1 were longer than those in group 2(P<0.05).Conclusion Ropivacaine combined with lumbar epidural anesthesia can effectively improve the occurrence of various adverse reactions in elderly patients requiring lower limb surgery,effectively reduce the onset time of sensory block and motor recovery time,and has good anesthesia effect.
