超声引导下PICC置管的临床应用

Clinical Application of Ultrasound-guided PICC Catheterization

目的超声引导下PICC置管的临床应用及应用价值。方法选择在彩色多普勒超声引导下经上肢肘上区外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管的80例患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用传统盲穿置管,观察组采用超声引导下PICC置管,观察两组患者的一次性穿刺及置管的成功率,记录2组患者并发症发生情况以及统计患者的导管留置时间。结果彩超引导下一次性穿刺(100.00%)及置管成功率(97.5%)均高于传统盲穿置管(77.50%、65.00%)(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率及误穿率显著低于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下PICC置管,方法简便易行,并发症少,疗效确切,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of ultrasound-guided PICC atheterization.Methods Eighty patients underwent color Doppler ultrasound guided peripheral venous catheterization of the upper extremity of the upper extremity were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group adopted traditional blind catheterization,and the observation group adopted ultrasound-guided PICC catheterization.The success rate of one-time puncture and catheterization of patients in the two groups was observed.Complications and catheter indwelling time were recorded in two groups.Results The success rate of one-time puncture and the success rate of one-time tube placement were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complication and the rate of misoperation were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided PICC catheterization is simple and feasible,with fewer complications and curative effect,and has high clinical application value.
