基于护士与肿瘤患者家属沟通的影响因素和对策分析

Analysis on Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of Communication between Nurses and Family Members of Tumor Patients

目的分析探究基于护士与肿瘤患者家属沟通的影响因素和对策。方法择取2017年10月8日至2019年3月4日于我院进行治疗的63位肿瘤患者开展研究,采取随机数字表法将择取患者划分为对照组(n=31)和观察组(n=32),对照组人员采取基础护理,观察组采用针对性沟通干预。对入选患者认知评分、纠纷事件发生情况及家属护理满意度开展对比研究。结果观察组患者认知评分高于对照组,纠纷事件发生率3.13%低于对照组19.35%,家属护理满意度总满意度93.75%高于对照组70.97%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论分析护士与肿瘤患者家属沟通的影响因素并开展针对性沟通,可有效提高患者疾病认知情况,提高依从性。改善患者及家属与护理人员关系,提高家属护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the influencing factors and countermeasures of communication between nurses and family members of tumor patients.Methods 63 tumor patients who were treated in our hospital from 2017.10.8.to2019.3.4 were selected for study,and the selected patients were divided into control group(n=31)and observation group(n=32)by random number table method.The control group took basic nursing care and the observation group used targeted communication intervention.A comparative study was carried out on the patients‘cognitive scores,the occurrence of disputes and the satisfaction of family nursing.Results The cognitive score of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the incidence of the incident was 3.13%lower than that of the control group 19.35%,and the overall satisfaction rate of the family care was 93.75%higher than that of the control group 70.97%,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Analyzing the influencing factors of communication between nurses and family members of tumor patients and carrying out targeted communication can effectively improve patients‘disease cognition and compliance.Improve the relationship between patient and family and nursing staff,improve family nursing satisfaction.
