复方大承气汤促进腹部手术后胃肠功能恢复的临床效果评价

Clinical Effect Evaluation of Compound Dachengqi Decoction in Promoting Gastrointestinal Function Recovery after Abdominal Surgery

目的讨论复方大承气汤促进腹部手术后胃肠功能恢复的临床效果。方法现随机选取2017年7月至2018年8月期间我院接诊的腹部手术后胃肠功能紊乱患者80例作为研究样本,对其治疗情况进行回顾性分析,将使用常规治疗方式的患者设定为对照组,将在对照组之上使用复方大承气汤进行治疗的患者设定为实验组,每组样本数均为40例,对其治疗效果及胃肠功能恢复情况进行分析和对比。结果不同方式治疗后,实验组胃肠功能恢复情况远远优于对照组,组间数据经统计学处理后发现(P<0.05),存在统计学意义。结论对胃肠功能紊乱患者使用复方承气汤进行治疗,具有显著的临床治疗效果,对患者的胃肠功能恢复具有明显的促进作用,值得被应用和推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of compound DaChengqi decoction on gastrointestinal function recovery after abdominal surgery.Methods 80 patients with gastroenteric dysfunction after abdominal surgery treated in our hospital from July 2017 to August 2018 were randomly selected as the study samples,and the treatment situation was retrospectively analyzed.The patients who used conventional treatment were set as control groups.The patients treated with compound dachengqi decoction in control group were set as experimental group.The number of samples in each group was 40.The therapeutic effect and gastrointestinal function recovery were analyzed and compared.Results After different treatment methods,the recovery of gastrointestinal function in the experimental group was far better than that in the control group.After statistical processing,the data between groups was found(P<0.05)and there was statistical significance.Conclusion The use of compound chengqi decoction for the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction has significant clinical therapeutic effect and promotes the recovery of gastrointestinal function,and is worthy of application and promotion.
