疼痛控制护理在创伤性骨折患者术后康复的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Pain Control Nursing on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Patients with Traumatic Fracture

目的探讨创伤性骨折患者术后康复应用疼痛控制护理的临床效果。方法将2018年6月至2018年12月我院收治的100例创伤性骨折患者作为研究资料,分为观察组与对照组各50例,对照组应用传统护理,观察组应用疼痛控制护理,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组恢复率、满意度、恢复效果均优于对照组,P<0.05具有统计学意义。结论疼痛控制护理在创伤性骨折术后康复应用效果显著,可有效提升患者术后恢复及满意程度,具有临床推广意义。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of pain control nursing in post-operative rehabilitation of patients with traumatic fracture.Methods 100 patients with traumatic fracture admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to December 2018 were divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional nursing,while the observation group was treated with pain control nursing,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The recovery rate,satisfaction and recovery effect of the observation group were better than those of the control group,P<0.05 with statistical significance.Conclusion Pain control nursing has significant effect in the rehabilitation of traumatic fracture patients after operation,and can effectively improve the recovery and satisfaction of patients after operation.It has clinical significance.
