护理干预对改善肺结核患者遵医行为及生活质量的效果分析

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Improving Compliance Behavior and Quality of Life of Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的探究对肺结核患者加强护理干预的效果,并分析其对患者遵医行为、生活质量的改善效果。方法取医院感染结核内科于2018年6月至2019年2月收治的280例肺结核患者进行对比研究,随机分为研究组(140例)、对照组(140例),分别行传统护理、综合护理干预,比较护理干预后两组患者的遵医行为与生活质量的改善情况。结果 (1)遵医率对比:研究组的遵医率(95.71%)明显高于对照组(78.57%),两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.05);(2)生活质量评分对比:干预前,组间生活质量评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组的生活质量评分(92.56±5.41)分明显高于对照组(74.31±8.22)分,两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对肺结核患者加强综合护理干预,可有效改善患者的遵医行为与生活质量,值得推荐。

Objective To explore the effect of strengthening nursing intervention on patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,and to analyze its improvement effect on patients’compliance behavior and quality of life.Methods A total of 280 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to hospital from the Department of Tuberculosis in June 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into study group(140 cases)and control group(140 cases).Traditional nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention were given respectively,comparing the compliance behavior and quality of life of the two groups of patients after nursing intervention.Results(1)Contrast rate of compliance:the compliance rate of the study group(95.71%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.57%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)Comparison of quality of life scores:there was no significant difference in the quality of life score between the groups before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the quality of life score of the study group(92.56±5.41)was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.31±8.22),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening comprehensive nursing intervention for tuberculosis patients can effectively improve patients’compliance behavior and quality of life,which is worthy of recommendation.
