体检人群舌象客观化指标与代谢指标相关性研究

Correlation Research between Tongue Image Objective Indicators and Metabolic Indicators in Physical Examination Population

目的探讨不同代谢状态人群的舌象客观化信息与代谢指标之间是否存在相关性。方法采集体检人群的一般生理信息,其中包括体检者年龄、身高、体重、血压、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、血脂、肝肾功能等生化指标;并应用TDA-1小型舌象仪采集舌诊客观化信息。比较分析各组之间舌象数值的变化。结果 Zhia与taia在舌质的a值具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。代谢综合征组中taiI,taiL,taiCb与BMI呈正相关(P<0.01),tai S与BMI呈负相关(P<0.01);zhiI,zhil,zhicb与BMI呈正相关(P<0.01),zhis,zhia与BMI呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论不同代谢状态人群的舌象客观化参数与代谢指标可能存在一定相关性。

Objective To explore correlation between objective information of tongue image and metabolic indicators of population with different metabolic status.Methods Collect general physiological information of checkup people,including age,height,weight,blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin,lipid,liver and kidney function,and collect objective information of tongue diagnosis by TDA-1 small tongue imager.Compare and analyze changes of tongue image values between groups.Results Value a of Zhi A and TAIA in tongue nature has statistical significance(P<0.05).Tai I,taiL,Tai Cb was positively correlated with BMI(P<0.01),taiS was negatively correlated with BMI(P<0.01),zhiI,zhil,zhicb was positively correlated with BMI(P<0.01),zhis,zhia was negatively correlated with BMI(P<0.05).Conclusion There may be some correlation between objective parameters of tongue image and metabolic indexes of population with different metabolic status.
