高血压脑出血颅内血肿穿刺置管引流术治疗及预后影响因素分析

Influencing Factors Analysis of Treatment and Prognosis of Intracranial Hematoma Puncture and Catheterization Drainage for Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨高血压脑出血颅内血肿穿刺置管引流术治疗及预后影响因素。方法本研究回顾分析我院神经科2016年1月至2018年12月之间收治230例高血压脑出血患者的临床资料,全部患者均接受颅内血肿穿刺置管引流术治疗,统计分析患者的治疗效果和预后情况。结果 54例死亡,6例植物状态生存,26例重残,预后效果较差37.39%。86例中残,58例预后良好,预后效果良好62.61%。结论高血压脑出血患者接受颅内血肿穿刺置管引流术治疗,效果较为理想,预后情况较好,因而具有较高的推广和应用价值。

Objective To investigate treatment and prognostic influencing factors of intracranial hematoma puncture and catheterization drainage for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods Review and analyze clinical data of 230 cases hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients treated in neurology department of our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018.All cases were treated with intracranial hematoma puncture and catheter drainage.Count and analyze curative effect and prognosis situation.Results 54 cases died,6 cases survived in vegetative state,26 cases were severely disabled,and prognosis was poor with 37.39%.86 cases were moderately disabled,58 cases had good prognosis with percentage of 62.61%.Conclusion Intracranial hematoma puncture and catheter drainage has ideal effect on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients,and good prognosis,which has high promotion and application value.
