探究美托洛尔及厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪运用在老年重症心力衰竭急诊内科治诊治的医学价值

Exploring Medical Value of Metoprolol and Irbesartan Hydrochlorothiazide in Emergency Medical Treatment of Elderly Severe Heart Failure Patients

目的探究美托洛尔及厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪运用在重症心理衰竭老年患者的临床疗效。方法选取我院2017年2月至2018年5月收治的86例重症心理衰竭老年患者作为研究对象,随机均分为联合组与对照组。联合组使用美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪药物治疗,对照组使用常规药物治疗,比较两组间疗效和心脏血流动力变化情况。结果联合组治疗有效率显著高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组NYHA(心力衰竭)分级、LVEF(左室射血分数)和预后标志物BNP(B型尿钠肽)值改善都明显优于对照组,联合组患者心脏血流动力改善数值情况优于对照组患者,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片用于治疗老年重症心力衰竭患者成效显著,对血流动力改善成效显著,可有效改善患者预后,安全系数高值得推广。

Objective To explore clinical effect of metoprolol and irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide on elderly patients with severe mental failure.Methods Choose 86 cases elderly patients with severe mental failure admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to May 2018,divide them into combination group and control group randomly.Combination group was treated with metoprolol combined with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide,while control group with routine drugs.Compare curative effect and changes of cardiac hemodynamics between two groups.Results Effective rate of combination group was significantly higher than control group,and difference was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).Improvement of NYHA(heart failure)classification,LVEF(left ventricular ejection fraction)and BNP(B-type natriuretic peptide)values in combination group were significantly better than control group.Improvement of cardiac hemodynamics in combination group was better than control group,and difference was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol combined with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets has significant effect in treatment of elderly patients with severe heart failure,can improve hemodynamics and prognosis of patients effectively with high safety factor,which is worthy of promotion.
