优化健康体检程序在体检中心优质护理服务中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effects of Optimized Physical Examination Procedure in High-Quality Nursing Service of Physical Examination Center

目的分析优化健康体检程序在体检中心优质护理服务中的应用效果。方法我院在2016年12月至2017年12月,选取120例参检者,通过随机数字表法进行分组,分别划分为观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=60)。对照组采取常规的体检流程参检,观察组予以健康体检路径参检,对比两组参检者体检需要的时间、满意度。结果观察组参检者的体检时间少于对照组,在满意度比较中,观察组的指标更高,两组在比较分析中的差异十分明显,统计学意义符合P<0.05。结论在体检中心内开展护理服务活动,给予健康体检路径的优化,可降低参检者的体检时间,具有的推广意义较高。

Objective To analyze the application effects of optimized physical examination procedure in highquality nursing service of Physical Examination Center.Methods 120 people who received physical examination in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University were selected from December 2016 to December 2017 for study.They were divided into an observation group(n=60)and a control group(n=60)by random number table method.Routine physical examination procedure was adopted in the control group,while physical examination path was provided in the observation group.The time taken for and satisfaction with physical examination were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group enjoyed shorter time taken for and higher satisfaction rate with physical examination.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of physical examination path,an optimized physical examination procedure,in the nursing service in Physical Examination Center can reduce the physical examination time,and therefore is worthy of promotion.
