二甲双胍治疗社区老年2型糖尿病患者的效果研究

Effect Research of Metformin on Community Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的探究二甲双胍治疗社区老年2型糖尿病患者的效果。方法 2016年1月至2017年1月诊治社区老年2型糖尿病患者86例,依照随机表法分为两组,各43例。对照组以常规治疗,观察组以二甲双胍治疗,对比两组疗效及安全性差异。结果治疗前两组各项指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平显著低于对照组,统计学差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组药物不良反应低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍治疗社区老年2型糖尿病降糖效果理想,药物不良反应少。

Objective To explore effect of metformin on community elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Divide 86 cases elderly patients with type 2 diabetes diagnosed and treated in community from January 2016 to January 2017 into two groups according to random table method,43 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine treatment,while observation group with metformin.Compare effect and safety of two groups.Results Before treatment,each index showed no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,fasting blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Adverse drug reactions in observation group were lower than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin has ideal hypoglycemic effect and less adverse drug reactions in treatment of community elderly type 2 diabetes.
