一次性根管治疗与多次法根管治疗牙体牙髓病临床疗效比较分析

Comparative Analysis of Clinical Effect of One-time Root Canal Therapy and Multiple Root Canal Therapy on Dental Pulp Diseases

目的探讨牙体牙髓病采用一次性根管治疗与多次法根管治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2017年6月至2018年6月我院收治的牙体牙髓病患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组(n=30)采用多次法根管治疗,观察组(n=30)采用一次性根管治疗,分析治疗效果以及并发症发生率。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论牙体牙髓病采用一次性根管治疗的效果明显优于多次法根管治疗,可有效缩短治疗时间,减轻疼痛程度,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To investigate clinical curative effect of one-time root canal therapy and multiple root canal therapy for dental pulp diseases.Methods Choose 60 cases dental pulp diseases patients admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 as research objects.Divide them into two groups according to random number table.Control group(n=30)was treated with multiple root canal therapy,and observation group(n=30)with one-time root canal therapy.Analyze curative effect and complications incidence.Results Total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group,and complications incidence was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion One-time root canal therapy has better effect than multiple root canal therapy,which can shorten treatment time,relieve pains and reduce complications incidence effectively.
