全程护理干预对甲状腺癌手术患者术后生存质量的影响价值分析

Effect Value Analysis of Whole-course Nursing Intervention on Life Quality of Thyroid Cancer Patients after Operation

目的探讨分析全程护理干预对甲状腺癌手术患者术后生存质量的影响价值。方法选取112例甲状腺癌患者,并随机平均分成对照组与观察组,所有患者均实施甲状腺癌根治术进行治疗,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用系统护理干预,观察对比两组护理效果。结果经护理后,观察组生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、生命活力、社会功能、情感职能、心理健康8项生存质量维度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺癌手术患者护理中的实施全程护理干预可有效提升患者术后生存质量,具有较高临床推广应用价值。

Objective To explore effect value of whole-course nursing intervention on life quality of thyroid cancer patients after operation.Methods Choose 112 cases thyroid cancer patients and divide them into control group and observation group randomly.All patients were treated with radical thyroidectomy,and control group with routine nursing intervention,while observation group with systematic nursing intervention.Observe and compare nursing effects of two groups.Results After nursing,scores of eight life quality dimensions in observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),including physiological mechnism,physiological function,body pains,general health,vitality,social function,emotional function and mental health.Conclusion Implementation of wholecourse nursing intervention can improve life quality effectively of thyroid cancer patients after operation,which has high clinical promotion and application value.
