细胞因子在结核早期诊断中的动力学评价

Kinetic Evaluation of Cytokines in the Early Diagnosis of Tuberculosis

为筛选与结核病诊断、治疗效果相关的细胞因子,采用ELISA方法测定血清中的细胞因子含量,统计分析其动态变化,结果发现10个细胞因子在涂片阳性和培养阳性(S^+C^+)、涂片阴性和培养阳性(S^-C^+)、涂片阴性和培养阴性S^-C^-三组中无统计学意义(P>0.05),10个细胞因子中,每个细胞因子血清含量均值在治疗前和治疗后无统计学意义(均是P>0.05)。细胞因子在结核病人群中存在个体差异性。

For the screening and diagnosis of TB and its treatment effect of cytokines and cytokine levels in the serum with ELISA method,statistical analysis of the dynamic change,found that 10 cytokines in Smear positive and cultivate positive(S^+C^+),Smear negative and cultivate positive(S^-C^+),Smear negative and cultivate negative(S^-C^-)three groups of no statistical significance(P>0.05),10 cytokines,average every cell factor of serum content before and after treatment has no statistical significance(P>0.05).There are individual differences in cytokines in tuberculosis population.
