个性化健康教育在舰载机飞行员疗养护理中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of Personalized Health Education in the Nursing Care of Carrier-based Pilots

目的研究分析在舰载机飞行员疗养护理中应用个性化健康教育的效果。方法随机选取在我院进行疗养的舰载机飞行员(2018年12月至2019年4月,共86名)展开研究,按模式不同将其分为对照组(传统健康教育)和观察组(个性化健康教育);对比分析两组飞行员对健康教育知识掌握程度以及对护理人员各方面的评分。结果观察组飞行员对健康教育知识掌握程度高达95.4%,对照组78.5%,P<0.05。观察组飞行员对护理人员分别在礼仪、服务、交流、健康宣讲方面的评分显著较对照组高,P<0.05。结论在舰载机飞行员疗养护理中应用个性化健康教育效果显著,建议推广。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of applying personalized health education in carrier-based pilots’nursing care.Methods The carrier-based pilots who were in our hospital were randomly selected(December,December 20-19-April,2018).The study was divided into control group(conventional care)and observation group(personality).Health education);comparative analysis of the two levels of pilots’knowledge of health education and the scores of nursing staff.Results The observation group’s mastery of health education knowledge was as high as 95.4%,and the control group was 78.5%,P<0.05.The observation group pilots scored significantly higher the etiquette,service,communication,and health presentations of the two groups of nursing staff than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of personalized health education in carrier-based pilots’nursing care is effective and recommended for promotion.
