基于脊椎孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出围手术期护理的快速康复护理模式应用

Application of Fast Rehabilitation Nursing Mode Based on Perioperative Nursing Care of Patients with Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation Treated by Vertebral Foramen Endoscopy

目的分析脊椎孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出围手术期护理的快速康复护理模式的应用。方法选取我院于2017年1月至2018年1月收治的脊椎孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出患者120例,将其按照不同护理方式均分为实验组(60例,采用快速康复护理)和对照组(60例,采用常规护理),观察比较两组患者护理后其护理满意度及住院时间。结果 (1)住院时间比较:比较两组患者的住院时间,其中,实验组患者平均(5.32±2.56)d,对照组患者平均(9.52±3.11)d,t=8.077,P=0.001,因此实验组患者住院时间远低于对照组患者,且差异显著(P<0.05);(2)护理满意度比较:实验组患者护理满意度远高于对照组,且两组差异显著(P<0.05);结论使用快速康复护理模式对脊椎孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出围手术期患者进行护理,可提升患者护理满意度,减少住院时间,可推广应用。

Objective Analysis of the application of rapid rehabilitation nursing mode in perioperative nursing of patients with lumbar disc herniation treated by spinal foramen endoscopy.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation treated by spinal foramen endoscopy in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and divided into experimental group(60 cases,using rapid rehabilitation nursing)and control group(60 cases,using routine nursing).The nursing satisfaction and hospitalization time of the two groups were observed and compared.Results(1)Hospitalization time:Comparing two groups of patients,the average hospitalization time of the experimental group was(5.32±2.56)days,and that of the control group was(9.52±3.11)days,t=8.077,P=0.001,so the hospitalization time of the experimental group was much lower than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);(2)Nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was much higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of rapid rehabilitation nursing mode for perioperative patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation treated by spine foramen endoscopy can improve patients’nursing satisfaction,reduce hospitalization time,and can be popularized and applied.
