神经内科患者护理安全隐患分析及对策探讨

Analysis of Hidden Dangers in Nursing Safety of Patients in Neurology Department and Discussion of Countermeasures

目的分析在对神经内科患者实施护理服务时可能出现的安全问题,并制定合理的解决方案。方法选取2017年3月至2018年4月到本院神经内科接受治疗的80例患者当作研究对象,同时将这80例患者随机分成研究组40例和常规组40例。给予常规组患者实施常规护理服务,给予研究组患者实施有针对性的护理服务,然后将这两组患者的护理满意度以及不良事件的出现概率进行对比。结果和常规组进行对比发现,研究组患者在实施有针对性的护理服务之后,这类患者护理满意度较高且不良事件的出现率大大降低,两组之间的差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为了防止医护人员在对神经内科患者进行护理时出现各种各样的问题,因此就需要对患者实施有针对性的护理计划,这样才能够减少不良事件的出现,提升患者的满意度。

Objective To analyze the possible safety problems in the implementation of nursing services for patients in neurology department,and to formulate reasonable solutions.Methods 80 patients who went to the department of neurology from March 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the subjects of study,at the same time,the 80 patients were randomly divided into study group(n=40)and routine group(n=40).The patients in the routine group were given routine nursing service and the patients in the study group were given targeted nursing service,and then the nursing satisfaction and the probability of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the routine group,the study group had higher nursing satisfaction and lower incidence of adverse events after the implementation of targeted nursing services,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In order to prevent medical staff from various problems in nursing neurology patients,it is necessary to implement targeted nursing plans for patients,so as to reduce the occurrence of adverse events and improve patient satisfaction.
