探讨髋部骨折老年患者应用快速康复外科理念(ERAS)进行护理的效果

Explore the Nursing Effect of ERAS in Elderly Patients with Hip Fracture

目的探讨应用快速康复外科理念(ERAS)护理对老年髋部骨折患者的护理效果。方法对照组行常规护理模式,观察组采用ERAS护理模式,对比两组患者的术后髋关节功能评分和术后并发症情况。结果观察组的术后髋关节功能评分高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组的术后并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论对老年患者髋部骨折围术期行ERAS护理,可有效改善患者髋关节功能,降低术后并发症的发生,促进病症康复,安全性好。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of ERAS on elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods Routine nursing mode was used in the control group and ERAS nursing mode was used in the observation group.The hip function score and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The hip function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05,and the incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion ERAS nursing in perioperative period of hip fracture in elderly patients can effectively improve hip joint function,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,promote the rehabilitation of the disease,and has good safety.
