Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture on Trigeminal Neuralgia

目的分析针灸治疗三叉神经痛的疗效。方法将2016年12月至2018年12月作为本次研究时间段,在该时间段内总共选取88例患者作为研究案例。采取随机数字法原则将所选患者划分为实验组与常规组,常规组与实验组分别采取西医、中医干预措施。总结对比两组患者疼痛治疗效果以及不良反应发生率。结果 (1)两组患者疼痛治疗效果对比:实验组患者的治疗效果与常规组相比数据差异较大,组间对比结果有统计学差异(P<0.05);(2)两组患者不良反应发生率对比:实验组患者的不良反应发生率与常规组相比数据差异较大,两组对比结果有意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸治疗三叉神经痛的疗效突出,属于一种高效、安全的治疗措施,对于患者生活质量改善作用突出,值得推广普及。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on trigeminal neuralgia.Methods From December 2016 to December 2018,the study period was selected.A total of 88 patients were selected as study cases during this period.The selected patients were divided into experimental group and routine group by random number method.Western and Chinese medicine intervention measures were taken in the conventional group and the experimental group respectively.Summarize the effect of pain treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups.Results(1)Comparisons of pain effects between the two groups:the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was significantly different from that of the conventional group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);(2)Comparison of incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups:the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly different from that in the conventional group.The comparison between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture treatment of trigeminal neuralgia It has outstanding curative effect and belongs to an effective and safe treatment measure.It has a prominent effect on the improvement of patients’quality of life and is worthy of popularization.
