补肾活血疗法对排卵障碍性不孕不育的临床疗效探析

Clinical Effect of Bushen Huoxue Therapy on Ovulation Disorder Infertility

目的探析补肾活血疗法对排卵障碍性不孕不育的临床疗效。方法选取排卵障碍性不孕不育患者共计90例,将其分为研究组和对照组,对照组采用常规方式进行治疗,研究组患者则采用补肾活血疗法进行治疗,比较两组患者的疗效。结果研究组患者的妊娠率相比对照组要更高,治疗的总有效率要明显高于对照组,子宫内膜厚度则要明显大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床妇科中采用补肾活血疗法,相比常规的方式能够更加有效地对排卵障碍性患者进行治疗,具有十分积极的作用,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue therapy on ovulation disorder infertility.Methods A total of 90 patients with ovulation disorder infertility were selected and divided into study group and control group.The control group was treated by routine methods.The patients in the study group were treated with Bushen Huoxue therapy.The curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results The pregnancy rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group.The total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group.The endometrial thickness was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical gynecology,Bushen Huoxue therapy is more effective than conventional treatment for patients with ovulation disorders.It has a very positive effect and is worth promoting.
