摘要
目的对于急性肠胃炎患者在治疗中给予综合性护理干预的具体效果进行分析。方法按照对比护理的方式展开研究,所选入病例共计为1500例,为本院在2017年2月至2019年2月所接诊,取组中750例,治疗中护理操作以常规方式展开,即对照组,余下750例则展开综合性护理干预,即观察组。分析护理效果。结果结合对两组心理状态、住院时间、护理满意度统计,观察组均存在优势,P<0.05。结论对于急性肠胃炎患者在治疗中展开综合性护理干预,可帮助患者心理状态得到改善,提升护理满意度,促进恢复。
Objective To analyze the specific effects of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with acute gastroenteritis.Methods According to the method of comparative nursing,1500 cases were selected and treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019.Seven hundred and fifty cases were selected as control group.Nursing operations in the treatment were carried out in a routine way.The remaining 750 cases were given comprehensive nursing intervention,namely observation group.Analyze the effects of care.Results There were advantages in the observation group for the psychological status,hospitalization time,and nursing satisfaction statistics of the two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with acute gastroenteritis can improve the patient’s psychological state,improve nursing satisfaction and promote recovery.
