分析心理干预护理对于直肠癌术后化疗情绪及生活质量的影响

Analyze the Effect of Psychological Intervention Nursing on the Emotion and Quality of Life of Patients with Rectal Cancer after Operation with Chemotherapy

目的对心理干预护理对于直肠癌术后化疗情绪及生活质量的影响进行分析。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年3月收治的40例直肠癌术后化疗患者,把所有患者按照护理方法的不同,分为对照组(20例,采用常规方法护理)和观察组(20例,在常规护理的基础上采用心理干预护理),对两组患者的情绪及生活质量进行整理和分析。结果两组患者在接受相应护理后均取得一定效果,但观察组SDS抑郁评分、SAS焦虑评分均显著低于对照组,同时观察组的生活质量评分则明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对直肠癌术后化疗患者进行护理时,采用心理干预护理能够取得更加明显的效果,可以显著改善患者在进行术后化疗时的心理情绪和生活质量,有较高的应用价值和推广价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of psychological intervention nursing on postoperative chemotherapy mood and quality of life in rectal cancer.Methods We selected 40 patients with postoperative chemotherapy for rectal cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019.All patients were divided into control group(20 cases,routine method nursing)observation group(20 cases,using psychological intervention nursing on the basis of routine nursing),and the emotions and quality of life of the two groups were collated and analyzed.Results The two groups of patients achieved certain effects after receiving corresponding nursing care.However,the SDS depression score and SAS anxiety score of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,and the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients with postoperative chemotherapy for rectal cancer,psychological intervention can achieve more obvious effects,which can significantly improve the psychological mood and quality of life of patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy,and has higher application value and promotion value.
