直肠癌肠造口患者生活质量的调查分析及护理干预

Quality of Life of Patients with Colostomy in Rectal Cancer and Nursing Intervention

目的对直肠癌肠造口患者生活质量进行调查分析并提出相应的护理干预方法。方法本次研究中,以2018年3月至2019年3月之间入院的90例直肠癌造口患者为我院研究对象,使用双盲法将其分为实验组以及对照组,两组各包含45例患者。在常规手术治疗的基础上,给予对照组患者患者实施常规护理,将心理护理加用于实验组患者的临床护理中,观察和对比两组患者的护理效果和生活质量。结果实验组患者生活质量、心理压力以及不良情绪情况均优于对照组对照组患者,P均<0.05.结论对直肠癌造口患者强化护理干预,有利于促使其生活质量得到提高、心理压力得到缓解,并改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情况。

Objective To investigate and analyze the quality of life of patients with colorectal cancer and put forward corresponding nursing intervention methods.Methods In this study,90 patients with colorectal cancer who were admitted to the hospital between March 2018 and March 2019 were studied in our hospital.They were divided into experimental groups and control groups using the double-blind method.Each group contained 45 patients.On the basis of routine surgical treatment,the patients in the control group were given routine care.Psychological care was added to the clinical care of the experimental group,and the nursing effect and quality of life of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The quality of life,psychological pressure and bad mood of the experimental group were better than those of the control group.Conclusion Enhanced nursing intervention for patients with colorectal cancer is conducive to improving their quality of life and relieving psychological pressure.And improve the patient’s anxiety,depression situation.
