鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造口术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效及安全性评价

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Endoscopic Dacryocystorhinostomy in the Treatment of Chronic Dacryocystitis

目的评价鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造口术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效及安全性,为临床医师选择合理治疗方案提供参考。方法选取大连市普兰店区中心医院2017年8月至2018年11月期间收治的80例慢性泪囊炎患者为研究对象,依据随机数字分组法将其分为对照组与实验组,每组40例。对照组用传统手术治疗,实验组用鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造口术治疗,对比手术观察指标、治疗总有效率、并发症发生率。结果实验组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗总有效率实验组与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);并发症发生率与对照组相比,实验组较低,统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论采用鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造口术治疗慢性泪囊炎,不仅可以改善手术观察指标,又能提高治疗总有效率、减少并发症发生几率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis,and to provide reference for clinicians to choose reasonable treatment options.Methods 80 patients with chronic dacryocystitis admitted to the Central Hospital of Pulandian District in Dalian from August 2017 to November 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number grouping method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional surgery,while the experimental group was treated with nasal dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscope.The operative observation index,total effective rate and complication rate were compared.Results The operation duration and hospitalization duration of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the amount of bleeding during the operation was less than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05);the incidence of complications was lower in the experimental group than that in the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy for chronic dacryocystitis can not only improve the operative observation index,but also improve the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
