视频联合回授法在老年患者肠道准备的效果评价

Evaluation of the Efficacy of Video combined Feedback Method in Intestinal Preparation of Elderly Patients

目的探讨对行肠道准备的老年患者,护士健康宣教的效果及患者的满意度。方法选取我院消化内科2018年5月至2019年5月,收治的80例进行肠镜检查老年患者。通过随机平行方法分组,将所有患者分为实验组和对照组,每组各40例。实验组实行视频+回授法,对照组实行常规护理,比较两组的临床效果。结果实验组再次询问情况、护理满意度,和对照组进行比较,均有统计学的意义,P<0.05。结论护士运用视频联合回授法可提高老年患者肠道准备的依从性,病员满意度增加。

Objective To investigate the effect of nurses’health education on the elderly patients who underwent intestinal preparation and the patients’satisfaction.Methods Eighty elderly patients admitted to our department of gastroenterology from May 2018 to May 2019 were examined by enteroscopy.All patients were divided into experimental group and control group by random parallel method,40 cases in each group.The experimental group was given video plus feedback,while the control group was given routine nursing.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The-questioning and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were statistically significant compared with the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Video combined feedback method can improve compliance of intestinal preparation in elderly patients and increase patients’satisfaction.
