无痛分娩技术在产科临床应用中的观察

Observation of Painless Delivery Technology in Obstetric Clinical Application

目的探究分析无痛分娩技术在产科临床应用中的效果。方法从2017年1月至2018年12月我院收治的产妇中抽选100例,采用数字随机分配法将其分为两组。接受无痛分娩技术的产妇列为实验组,共51例,接受常规分娩技术的列为对照组,共49例,对比两组分娩效果。结果采取无痛分娩技术产妇镇痛总有效率(100.00%)明显高于常规分娩技术组(69.39%),c2=18.367,P=0.000,且采取无痛分娩技术产妇产后2 h失血量、产时失血量、产程时间等均明显少于常规分娩技术产妇,t=7.372、5.629、10.978,P=0.000、0.000、0.000,差异具有统计学意义。结论在产妇分娩过程中采取无痛分娩技术能够有效缩短产程,改善妊娠结局,减少产妇痛苦,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of painless delivery technology in clinical application of obstetrics.Methods From January 2017 to December 2018,100 women were selected from the hospital,and they were divided into two groups by numerical random distribution method.The women who received the painless delivery technique were included in the experimental group,a total of 51 cases,and the conventional delivery technique was listed as a control group,a total of 49 cases,comparing the effects of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of maternal analgesia(100.00%)was significantly higher than that of the conventional delivery technique group(69.39%),c2=18.367,P=0.000,and the painless delivery technique was used to produce blood loss 2 hours after delivery.The amount of blood loss at birth and the time of labor were significantly less than those of conventional delivery techniques,t=7.372,5.629,10.978,P=0.000,0.000,0.000.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Painless delivery during maternal delivery can effectively shorten the labor process,improve pregnancy outcomes,and reduce maternal pain.It is worthy of clinical application.
