子宫颈电环切除术对67例宫颈上皮内瘤变的疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of 67 Cases of Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia Treated by Cervical Loop Electrosurgical Excision

目的研究应用子宫颈电环切除术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变的临床疗效。方法选取我院2017年9月至2018年9月收治的67例宫颈上皮内瘤变患者为研究对象,按照盲抽法将其随机分为两组,即常规组34例,研究组33例。常规组患者采取常规疗法,研究组患者应用子宫颈电环切除术进行治疗,对两组患者的治疗有效率进行比较。结果常规组患者的治疗总有效率为67.65%,远远低于研究组患者的治疗总有效率(90.91%),P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;常规组患者在治疗后并发盆腔痛的患者有12例,并且持续15 d之后进行了药物处理,研究组患者在治疗后并发盆腔痛的患者为5例,患者的症状在15 d之后未经处理便已经自然缓解。结论子宫颈电环切除术对宫颈上皮内瘤变患者的治疗效果极高,在手术操作规范与术后护理得当的情况下,患者的身体恢复极快。

Objective To study the clinical effect of cervical loop electrosurgical excision for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods Sixty-seven patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into two groups according to the blind sampling method,34 cases in the conventional group and 33 cases in the research group.Routine therapy was used in the conventional group,while loop electrosurgical excision was used in the study group.The treatment efficiency of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the conventional group was 67.65%,which was much lower than that of the study group(90.91%),P<0.05.The difference was statistically significant.There were 12 patients with pelvic pain in the routine group after treatment,and they were treated with drugs after 15 days.There were 5 patients with pelvic pain in the study group after treatment.The symptoms of the patients had been relieved naturally after 15 days without treatment.Conclusion The curative effect of cervical loop electrosurgical excision for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia patients is very high.Under the condition of standard operation and proper post-operative nursing,the patients’body recovers very quickly.
