整体护理中融入人性化舒适护理理念对手术室整体护理质量的影响

Effect of Integrating Humanized Comfortable Nursing Concept into Holistic Nursing on the Quality of Holistic Nursing in Operating Room

目的研究整体护理中融入人性化舒适护理理念对手术室整体护理质量的影响。方法随机抽取我院于2018~2019年收治的手术患者20000例,依据采用的护理方案分为对照组(常规护理,n=10000)和观察组(整体护理+人性化舒适护理,n=10000),对比分析两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组护理后SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度与护理质量评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在手术室应用整体护理中融入人性化舒适护理理念效果尤为显著,能够有效消除患者的负面情绪,提高整体护理质量与水平,有助于促进护患关系的和谐,在临床上具有应用价值。

Objective To study the effect of integrating humanized comfortable nursing concept into holistic nursing on the quality of holistic nursing in operating room.Methods Twenty thousand surgical patients were randomly selected from 2018 to 2019 in our hospital.According to the nursing scheme adopted,they were divided into control group(routine nursing,n=10000)and observation group(holistic nursing+humanized comfort nursing,n=10000).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of nursing satisfaction and quality in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrating the concept of humanized comfortable nursing into the whole nursing in the operating room is particularly effective.It can effectively eliminate the negative emotions of patients,improve the quality and level of the whole nursing,help to promote the harmony between nurses and patients,and has clinical application value.
