奎文区老年高血压性心脏病患者疾病知晓率及标准管理的效果评价

Evaluation of Disease Awareness Rate and Standard Management in Elderly Patients with Hypertensive Heart Disease in Kuiwen District

目的调查奎文区老年高血压性心脏病患者疾病知晓率,并探究标准管理高血压性心脏病患者的效果。方法通过普查奎文区60岁以上高血压居民,并筛选出高血压性心脏病患者执行标准管理,在诊断高血压性心脏病时调查患者的疾病知晓率,并在标准管理前后分别调查患者的生活质量,按百分制计分。结果本研究共纳入患者280例,其中男性患者159(57.14%)例,女性患者121(42.86%)例;年龄为(71.34±12.53)岁。疾病知晓率普遍偏低,不同年龄组患者和不同家庭人均月收入的患者疾病知晓率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),标准管理后,患者的生活质量均有显著提高(P<0.05)。结论奎文区老年高血压性心脏病患者疾病知晓率普遍偏低,标准管理高血压性心脏病患者可显著提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the disease awareness rate of elderly patients with hypertensive heart disease in Kuiwen District,and to explore the effect of standard management of hypertensive heart disease patients.Methods The residents of Quiwen District were screened out to carry out standard management.The awareness rate of patients with hypertension and heart disease was investigated in the diagnosis of hypertension and heart disease.The quality of life of patients was investigated before and after the standard management,and scored according to percentage system.Results A total of 280 patients were included in this study,including 159 males(57.14%)and 121 females(42.86%).The age was(71.34±12.53)years.The awareness rate of disease was generally low.There was significant difference in the awareness rate of disease among patients of different age groups and different families per capita monthly income(P<0.05).After standard management,the quality of life of patients was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The awareness rate of hypertension and heart disease in elderly patients in Kuiwen District is generally low.Standard management of hypertension and heart disease patients can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
