中医辨证治疗脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Syndrome Differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Functional Dyspepsia of Spleen and Stomach Qi Deficiency

目的对中医辨证治疗脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良的临床效果进行探讨。方法将研究纳入标准、排除标准作为筛选前提,从我社区中心2017年1月至2018年12月收治的患者人群中抽取43例脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良患者参与研究,临床上予以中医辨证治疗,并设为观察组。在相同的时间段抽取另外43例脾胃气虚型消化不良患者参与研究,临床上予以常规西药治疗,设为参照组。就两组患者的临床治疗情况以及预后情况展开分析和数据对比。结果观察组在治疗效果方面相对参照组更为出色,数值方面总有效率更高,与参照组差异较大,P<0.05,存在统计学意义;观察组在症状积分方面相对参照组更为出色,数值方面分值改善幅度更大,与参照组差异较大,P<0.05,存在统计学意义;观察组的不良反应发生率相对参照组更为出色,数值更低,与参照组差异较大,P<0.05,存在统计学意义;观察组在治疗后生活质量方面相对参照组更为出色,数值方面SF-36各项分值更高,与参照组差异较大,P<0.05,存在统计学意义。结论对脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良患者实施中医辨证治疗,可有效改善患者病情症状,提高生活质量、且疗效显著,安全性高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation on functional dyspepsia of spleen and stomach qi deficiency.Methods Based on the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,43 patients with functional dyspepsia of Spleen-stomach Qi deficiency type were selected from the patients admitted to our community center from January 2017 to December 2018 to participate in the study.They were treated with TCM syndrome differentiation and set up as observation group.Another 43 patients with spleen-stomach Qi deficiency dyspepsia were selected in the same period of time to participate in the study.They were treated with routine western medicine clinically and set as the reference group.The clinical treatment and prognosis of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The observation group was superior to the reference group in terms of treatment effect.The numerical value was always more efficient,and the difference was larger with the reference group,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.The observation group was more related to the reference group in terms of symptom score.Excellent,numerical scores improved more,and the difference from the reference group was large,P<0.05,statistically significant;the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was better than the reference group,the value was lower,compared with the reference group Large,P<0.05,statistically significant;the observation group was better than the reference group in terms of quality of life after treatment.The numerical values of SF-36 were higher,and the difference was larger than the reference group,P<0.05.Statistical significance.Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation treatment for patients with functional dyspepsia of spleen and stomach qi deficiency can effectively improve the patient’s condition,and the curative effect is remarkable and the safety is high.
