综合护理干预在急性心肌梗死患者介入治疗中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Interventional Therapy for Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的研讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者在介入治疗期间实施综合护理干预的临床价值。方法选择2018年3月至2019年3月在我院行介入治疗的42例AMI患者作为课题研究对象,并利用计算机进行随机数表分组,A组(n=21)实施常规护理指导,B组(n=21)在常规护理指导下实施综合护理干预,对两组的护理服务情况进行评估与比较。结果与A组总服务满意度76.19%对比,B组总服务满意度95.24%显著提升,P<0.05,有统计学意义。护理前,两组接受SAQ量表、SAS量表及SDS量表评测,各项评测值对比,P>0.05,无统计学意义;护理后,B组SAQ量表各项评测值相比A组均显著提高,SAS、SDS量表评测值相比A组均显著下降,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论 AMI患者在介入治疗期间接受综合护理干预,对其情绪状况的改善以及心绞痛症状的缓解均有明显帮助,并可提升患者的服务满意度,值得推荐。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)during interventional therapy.Methods Forty-two patients with AMI who underwent interventional therapy in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as subjects.The computer was used to group random numbers,and group A(n=21)was given routine nursing guidance.The group(n=21)underwent comprehensive nursing intervention under the guidance of routine nursing,and evaluated and compared the nursing services of the two groups.Results Compared with the total service satisfaction of group A,76.19%,group B showed a significant increase in total service satisfaction(95.24%),P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Before the treatment,the two groups received the SAQ scale,SAS scale and SDS scale evaluation,the comparison of the evaluation values,P>0.05,no statistical significance;after the care,the B group SAQ scales compared to the evaluation group A All of them were significantly improved.The evaluation values of SAS and SDS scales were significantly lower than those of group A,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion Patients with AMI undergo comprehensive nursing intervention during interventional therapy,which can significantly improve their emotional status and relieve angina symptoms,and improve patient satisfaction.It is recommended.
